In January 2000 a company was started by Jason Godsil called Godsil Performance.  This company was created to start building custom cars and trucks.  The first product was a 2000 Dodge Dakota that was turned in the Dakota GP/R.  The idea was far before it's time and for a price just over $50,000 it was priced out of the market.  Godsil Performance continued on and created a few more cars and sold parts for high end cars.

In February 2005 I was called in by another catalog parts company.  This company wanted Godsil Performance to merge with them and become a new company called Serious Overkill.  This new company would be a division of the other parts company selling parts for new new cars.  After almost a year Jason Godsil decided that things weren't going well and split off, just to start again.  The new company would become Exotica Motorsports.

Exotica Motorsports is striving to be the number one parts company for all high end parts along with producing their own line of parts.
